Regarding the serenity prayer;
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.
Maybe the thing YOU need to change about a certain situation is the fact you have a poor record about accepting things.
Maybe the thing YOU need to accept is the fact that you don't like to change.
Asking for help takes courage.
The help WE get is wisdom.
